Manahan, whose fatal injury is claimed to have been caused by the negligence of defendant Marvin Jacobson in the operation of the automobile of defendant Elmer Jacobson, in which plaintiff was riding. The case was tried before Vernon Gates, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for defendants. From an order denying her motion for a new trial, plaintiff appealed.
